We are now pleased to announce, through Skyworld Holiday Homes , our entry into the hospitality field through Skyworld’s recent acquisition of a beautiful four-bedroom villa in a gated community at Majestic Palms, Benaulim, Goa (South Goa) – a picturesque half-an-hour drive from the airport through Old Goa – giving an insight into the Portuguese style living which prevailed till Goa gained its independence in 1961. A 15-minute walk to the Benaulim/Colva beach, five-minute walk to Taj Exotica and about 7kms distance from Madgaon Railway station making it an ideal location. South Goa still maintains its original beauty and tranquillity as it is not commercialized as has happened in North Goa.
The gated community also features a spa and gymnasium that can be used by guests at an additional cost. The property is in close proximity to several local restaurants/eateries and the local market for basic necessities such as cash and carry shops, laundrette, pharmacy etc.
The property offers a fully furnished/air-conditioned living/dining room and a bedroom (with a separate washroom) on the ground floor, with a direct access to the swimming pool, and an open concept kitchenette equipped with all white goods and necessary appliances for guests to prepare their meals as per their preference.
The first floor comprises of three fully furnished/air-conditioned bedrooms, with two wash rooms, and a balcony attached to one of the bedrooms, providing a full view of the swimming pool area. The second floor has a large open terrace, facilitating a scenic view of the sun set every evening – ideal for relaxing over a glass of beer/wine and barbeque.
For bookings in the first three months, we have an introductory attractive offer @ Rs.7,250/- per day for the entire villa + 18% GST for a maximum of eight guests. For additional occupants, there will be a lump sum charge of Rs.1,000/- per day per person + 18% GST (max 4 additional occupants).
Prior to each occupation, the entire property will be serviced and vacuum cleaned with bathrooms sanitized. Fresh dry cleaned bedlinen and towels as well as properly cleaned kitchen utensils, cutlery/crockery, will be adequately provided.
At the time of checking out, the guests will have to leave the property in a clean state and a one-time cost of Rs.1,250/- for house-keeping will be charged.
